Each apartment has dedicated carport. We offer parking areas with surveillance cameras and controlled access for those times that you need parking for a larger group.
SCHOOL BUS
A shopping bus leaves the compound twice a day that takes our residents to prearranged destinations around town. These shopping buses can be booked for small group trips into town for special occasions.
BOOK VIDEO LIBRARY
Looking for something to read, then visit our library. It has a large selection of books, games and puzzles suitable for all ages. There is also a large cd library that you can access to wander down memory lane or to catch a movie that you really enjoyed or a classic that you missed.
WEIGHT FITNESS CENTER
Is exercise and weight training part of your fitness routine; The gym is stocked with a variety of training equipment and machines. There’s also an aerobics room where you can explore various fitness programs. Each changing area also has its own sauna and steam rooms. There is an indoor Jacuzzi with a cold plunge pool in each area as well!
PLAYROOM
There are number of playgrounds scattered around the compound. Each one is slightly different to ensure that all ages have an enjoyable and safe experience. There is also an indoor playroom for children under 7.

SWIMMING POOLS
There are 2 full sized pools and 1 shaded children’s pool in the Village as well as an outdoor Jacuzzi. Swimming lessons for adults and children can be booked with the life guards. We even have our own competitive swim team.
BARBECUE AREA
We provide a large barbecue area that can be booked for private functions. There is a built in seating area, play area, a large barbecue pit and its own restroom facilities.
